Between '84 and '88 Ford made 250 Sierras with Mustang 5.0 V8 engines stripped from emission equipment to homologate the car for South African Group A racing. Here's a road test from South African CAR magazine.

Interesting why is it referred to as a Cleveland V8 when the '80s mustang had a Windsor? Plus 200HP means it was the '86 Spec engine.
